This property is a great one! There is a drive towards the north end of the property that goes about halfway to the woods that makes access to the lease easier. There are walnut and oak trees on the property as well are farm field so there are plenty of food sources. There is a nice pond that hold both geese and ducks, so this is a great lease for our waterfowl hunters. I got photos of some geese flying from the pond. There is also some lower swamp ground that is great for waterfowl and holding deer. There is also low ground that creates a really nice swamp that waterfowl and that deer will love when looking for water and cover. The property is in southwestern Michigan, near the Grand Rapids area, and is a hot spot for many of our hunters. Lease runs now through May 31st, 2027. First right to renewal.
