Wow, this property is a great one! It had snowed the night before I walked this lease and, within those few hours,  there were deer tracks everywhere. The lease is perfect mix of woods and farm field. There is plenty of shelter and safety with the woods and food with the field. I kicked up 6 deer when walking that were bedding. There is a trail that goes all the way back to the wood, so it's very accessible. The property is in southwestern Michigan, near the Grand Rapids area, and is a hot spot for many of our hunters. This is an annual lease from Jan. 1st 2025 - Jan. 1st 2026. First right to renewal. Exclusive hunting lease. All game lease.
