Walk this property and you'll see just how much activity is out there! It had snowed the night before I walked this lease and, and within those few hours,  there were deer tracks everywhere. I kicked up 3 deer when I was walking that were bedded in the woods. There is plenty of shelter and safety with the woods and food with the field. There are also paths throughout the woods that are shown in photos.  The property is in southwestern Michigan, near the Grand Rapids area, and is a hot spot for many of our hunters. This is an annual lease from Jan. 1st 2025 - Jan. 1st 2026. First right to renewal. Exclusive hunting lease. All game lease.
