This property in Lapeer county is a great one! It had recently snowed when I walked this lease, and there were plenty of fresh deer tracks. There is a nice trail on the north end of the property that goes all the way back to the wood, so it's very accessible. There is a creek running east/ west for a water source. There is also a drain running north/south.  The lease is a great mix of woods, water and farm field. There is plenty of shelter and safety with the woods and food with the field. The property is only about an hour from metro Detroit and is a hot spot for many of our hunters. The landowner is allowing a camper during season. This is an annual lease. First right to renewal. Exclusive hunting lease. All game lease.
