This property has farm field, two ponds, brush for bedding, and woods. You can tell the deer are travelling to this property for food and water. The deers signs are everywhere- deer droppings, paths, tracks, and buck rubs. We got photos of them all. More photos are shown in the link below. There were also 5 deer in the field that ran to the woods for cover when I started walking the property. Once I walked towards the woods, they ran back into the field and I was able to get photo of a few of them from the distance. The property is in southwestern Michigan, near the Lansing and Grand Rapids area, and is a hot spot for many of our hunters. Lease runs now until May 31st, 2027. First right to renewal.
