This property is Barry county is a nice one! I kicked up 3 deer when I walked the property and managed to get a picture of one. There are also trail cam photos provided by the previous hunters. There is plenty of shelter and safety with the woods, food with the field, and water with the pond located towards the middle of the property. Because the woods are spread out throughout the 66 acres, there is a great layout and good diversity between woods and field. I saw tons of tracks for both deer tracks, deer droppings, and heavy trafficked paths. The property is in southwestern Michigan, near the Lansing and Grand Rapids area, and is a hot spot for many of our hunters. Lease runs now through May 31st 2027. First right to renewal.
