This property is leased to a Big Buck member and is no longer available. Wow! This property is awesome. As soon as I pulled in, I saw about 15 deer in the field. I walked it around noon, so I'm sure they would be even more deer in the field towards dawn and dusk. As soon as I started walking the property, there were deer tracks everywhere! I spent a few minutes walking the woods towards the west end of the property, and by the time I got done walking the woods, there were more deer in the field! Between the fence rows and the woods on the west of the property, there are about 5 acres of woods. The there is a lot of wooded ground on neighboring properties, so the deer are coming from neighboring properties to this farm field for food. This is an all game lease. Lease runs until May 31st 2027, so you get turkey season next year as well. First right to renewal.
