This property has everything you need! As soon as I pulled in to this property, I saw 3 flocks of geese. There are multiple ponds on the property that are great for waterfowl hunting and are also a great water source for deer. I kicked up a deer towards the north end of the property and there were plenty of other signs that you can see in the photos. The deer paths throughout the property were thick and there were deer tracks all around. There is a trail that goes towards the back of the property, so it's very accessible. There is an apple tree on the property that the deer seemed to love too. The landowner is ok with ATV use for game retrieval and blind setup. A camper is allowed during deer season. The property is in southwestern Michigan, near the Grand Rapids area, and is a hot spot for many of our hunters. Lease runs through May 31st 2027. First right to renewal. Exclusive hunting lease.
