This Calhoun county property is a nice mix of woods and farm field. There is cluster of woods on the northern part of the property, towards the middle of the property, that had thick deer paths and is a great area for shelter and a good spot for tree stands. The woods are surrounded by farm field, so the deer are bedding in those woods and coming out for food. There are more woods on the south property that would be another great spot for tree stands. There were tons of tracks and droppings throughout the farm field too. The property is in southwestern Michigan, near the Battle Creek, Lansing, and Grand Rapids area, and is a hot spot for many of our hunters. This is an annual lease from January 2026 to January 2027.
