This Calhoun county property is a nice mix of woods and farm field. There is cluster of woods on the north property, towards the middle of the property, that had thick deer paths and is a great area for shelter and a good spot for tree stands. There are more woods on the south property that would be another great spot of tree stands. There were tons of tracks and droppings throughout the farm field too.The property is in southwestern Michigan, near the Battle Creek, Lansing, and Grand Rapids area, and is a hot spot for many of our hunters. This is an annual lease. First right to renewal. Exclusive hunting lease. All game lease.
