I kicked up around 20 deer and 10 turkey when I was walking. There is plenty of shelter and safety with the woods, food with the field, and water with the pond located towards the middle of the property. This lease is also great for our waterfowl hunters. The pond is sure to attract wood ducks. I was buck rubs, tons of tracks for both deer and turkey, deer droppings, and heavy trafficed paths. The property is in southwestern Michigan, near the Lansing and Grand Rapids area, and is a hot spot for many of our hunters. This is an annual lease. First right to renewal. Exclusive hunting lease.
