This property has it all! The property is a great mix of woods, farmland, and grass for bedding. There is also two ponds on the property for a water source. There is plenty of shelter and safety with the woods and food with the field. The deers signs on this property are everywhere, between the deer droppings, paths, tracks, and buck rubs you can tell the game is around! There were also 5 deer in the field that ran to the woods for cover when I got closer. The property is in southwestern Michigan, near the Lansing and Grand Rapids area, and is a hot spot for many of our hunters. This is an annual lease from January to January. First right to renewal.
