This approximately 28-acre lease in Genesee County is a wildlife conservation site. This property has a great mix of wetlands, grass fields, and mature timber. There are three blinds on the property and photos of those blinds are shown below. There were many deer tracks and trails when I was walking this property and I saw a few deer walking through the field.
