When I walked this property, I was blown away by how nice of a hunting property it is! The approximately 62-acre lease in Huron County has everything you need. There are about 33 acres of woods, a large pond for a water source, and farm field that is currently planted in corn. There is also a drive that goes all the way back to the pond, so there is easy access. There were deer signs everywhere on the property. You can see the volume of tracks in the photos and there were very thick paths and rubs too. I kicked up a few when I started walking the woods. This property is a great one for our waterfowl hunters as well. Camping is allowed during season. Exclusive hunting rights. All game lease. Lease runs January to January. First right to renewal.
