This property is a great one! There is easy access with a drive on the north end of the property that follows the property line to the woods. There were walnuts and acorns all over the drive and woods. There will also be crops planted in the field for another food source. Theres a low spot towards the middle of the property that was holding water and had about 4 flocks of geese in it. I was able to get some of them in photos. There was also a low spots on the edge of the woods that I found a lot of buck rubs in. I included photos of those too. The property is in southwestern Michigan, near the Grand Rapids area, and is a hot spot for many of our hunters. Lease runs now through May 31st, 2027. First right to renewal.
