This property is a great one! It's in rifle zone, which is always a positive for our hunters. About 50 acres of the property is a Christmas tree farm, so there are already pre-made shooting lanes with the rows of pines that are great for rifle! The land has really nice, wide trails throughout the property that make getting around the lease easy.  This property is pretty hilly, and there are some spots on the top of hills that are great to overlook a large area of ground. The landowner did a selective tree cut this year, so that will also be an awesome food source as well! The deer also love to eat the vegetation left by the cut. This property is open to all hunting.
