This property in Lapeer county is a great one! It had recently snowed when I walked this lease, and there were plenty of fresh deer tracks. There is a nice trail on the north end of the property that goes all the way back to the wood, so it's very accessible. There is a creek running east/west on the property for a water source. There is also a drain running north/south. The drain edge is a great spot to put a ground blind, since the deer walk along the sides of the drain, The lease is a great mix of woods, water and farm field. There's about 10 acres of woods and fence rows, so there is plenty of shelter with the woods. The farm field is also one giant food plot for deer! The property is only about an hour from metro Detroit and is a hot spot for many of our hunters. The landowner is allowing a camper during season. This is an annual lease from January to January.
