This 40 acre lease in Tuscola County, MI is a good one! There was fresh snow when I walked the property and there were already tons of deer tracks! I was also able to find some buck rubs. The landowner planted this property with thousands of trees and plants about 5 years ago, so those small trees and young brush are coming up throughout the property and is great cover and a good spot for them to bed.
