This approximately 26-acre lease in Sanilac County is a mix of farm field, a pond, and woods. I saw both ducks and turkey when I walked this property, so waterfowl hunters are in for a treat! I got a photo of one of the turkeys shown in the photos. There were 4 on the property that I saw. There were about 8 ducks in the pond, but they got away before I could get a photo. There were also plenty of deer signs. There were apple trees as well. Between the apple trees, farm field, and water source, this property is a great holding spot for deer.
