Deer love sugar beets and this property definitely shows it! This 36 acre property is filled with deer signs. There were about 40 deer in the field when I drove by right before sunset. There were so many deer tracks throughout the entire property when I walked it that are shown in photos and the sugar beets were heavily eaten. This property is sure to produce!  All game lease. Lease runs until May 31st 2026, so you get turkey season next year as well. First right to renewal.
