This property is awesome! The land has really nice, wide trails throughout the property that make getting around the lease easy.  There were plenty of deer tracks and paths in the fallen leaves and I spooked a few with my vehicle on my way in. This property is pretty hilly, and there are some spots on the top of hills that are great to overlook a large area of ground. The landowner did a selective tree cut recently, so that will also be an awesome food source for this season and following years. The deer love to eat the vegetation left by the cut. This property is open to all hunting. Exclusive hunting rights. Lease runs until May 31st 2027. First right to renewal.
